The screenshot shows what you're looking for. The drivers are doubtless there, but nowhere terribly obvious. Other browsers are directed to the Microsoft Download Centre. The 'Microsoft Update Catalogue' only seems accessible through Internet Explorer. It could well be useful for Sibelius 7/8 users whose onboard audio became invisible to Sibelius after a Windows 10 update.
'Stereo Mix' is available as a Recording Device - nice for grabbing streaming media. It has made Skype usable again through onboard audio on my desktop machine. The second one listed is the 64-bit driver. New drivers, which don't seem to have been pushed out through Windows Update - are here: Some of us have been having issues with 'Realtek High Definition Audio' - a common on-board audio device - under Windows 10.
